A Little About Me
I am an educator, a researcher and an applied performance scientist.
My education philosophy is based on the development of critical thinking, problem solving and the application of logic with the aim of producing STEM leaders. There is always a demand for scientists who can communicate across fields, build bridges between sectors, and apply diverse technologies.
My specialist research area is the ergonomics of intermittent exercise with a specific focus on Gaelic games performance. I aim to bridge the gap between research and applied practice.
